I mean, it's really weird that a 13 year old would have sex with a much older guy, but that's not even the problem. it's that he drugged her and gave her booze. even a 30 year old woman would have been raped in that case. I kind of feel sorry for his victim, because this is all dredged up for her again. However, I agree that he deserves to get thrown in jail and made into a 13 year old girl because otherwise the message goes out that if you have enough money or fame, you can escape justice. I know the victim has said he has been punished enough, but living the high life in France doesn't seem so harsh a punishment to me.
