Feel Good Friday: The Josh Homme/Dave Grohl Experience
I have a love/hate affair with YouTube. I love it, because I love instant access to a wide variety of weird videos, but I hate it because I’ll get sucked into searching, clicking on other links, and general aimless browsing for hours if I’m not careful. For example, I was browsing the site when I stopped to listen to The Foo Fighters on Jools Holland from back when they had Pat Smear.
That lead me to rewatching the Probot video for “Shake Your Blood” that I FGF’d already. That lead to me watching my actual Feel Good Friday video, Queens of the Stone Age (with Dave Grohl on drums) doing “No One Knows” from some festival somewhere.
That, of course, segued to me watching “Speaking In Tongues” from The Eagles of Death Metal. Again. That’s probably 1000 times now. I can’t believe that’s the guy from Queens of the Stone Age.
Internet access is a dangerous thing.

I, too, get sucked in watching Dave Grohl. It’s a slippery slope
I’m glad I’m not the only one.
