Ron’s Evil League Of Evil
Sometimes I feel like NaBloPoMo is a great thing, because it’s making me flex my creative muscles in a way that isn’t related to gadgets, sports, geekery, or cats riding vacuums. Other times, I feel like it’s a terrible thing because by the time I get done with gadgets, sports, unusual stuff, and this, I don’t have a ton of energy to devote to my geek work. It’s kind of a hot, dry season for geek-themed stuff, and I’ve been remiss in really digging for content.
Specifically, I’m running pretty low on inspiration for Den of Geek. Well, low on inspiration for things that aren’t related to how much I love the new Death Knight class in WoW. I might be able to squeeze a series of articles out of my exploration of Northrend (maybe a travelography with lots of screenshots?), but other than that, I got nothing until the Christmas movie season, or unless I accidentally stumble on a great idea like I did before.
I could restart the box office reports, too. I actually didn’t mean to let them get by the wayside, but spend a couple of weekends in bed with the Plague and you fall behind. I don’t know, those never seemed to get much response, aside from one person who told me they were his favorite column. He could have just been on drugs, though.
I have also just about ran the well dry. I may have to start pics of animals or something but that is already being done…
I’m so glad I’m not the only one. My life just isn’t interesting enough to handle a blog a day permanently.
